Added some downtime to a resource (e.g. two hours) but the task cannot drag past the designated downtime period.
The downtime is not working.
Enter 0 or 1 in the units?
Downtime works like normal shift pattern non-working time. The cause of the issue is with how we are entering the downtime. Do not enter any negative or positive values. You enter a value for how many units are available at that time. In this instance, you enter 0:
Select resources
Overtime / Downtime
Enter the resource, duration etc.
Within units, enter 0 and not -1
