When running the Production performance against plan by time or Production performance against plan by resource report, no data output generates.
The inbuilt report production performance against plan by time/resource does not generate any data because there are no actuals recorded against the tasks.
Please complete the following steps:
Select Costs & Outcomes
Outcome Summary Groups
Under Value Outcome Report Groups, create a code and description and enter 1 in report unit
Under Value Outcomes, select the relevant part in the Code field and enter 1 in the Multiplier field
Click close
Double-click on the relevant tasks from the Gantt Chart
Select the actuals tab from the edit tasks window (left hand pane)
Change status e.g. from Not ready to Ready To Start
Click Apply
click the save button
click show previous actuals to view the View Actuals for Task window.
Select reports
Expand production
Expand Analysis
select Production Actuals and Planned
Click Run
Select time period in Resolution drop down list, select relevant Outcome Summary Group from Group By drop down list and select relevant Report Start Date
Click Go
