When a job is clocked in and sets a time on it, this is not showing in Orchestrate, planned to the correct date. It shows the recorded quantity but on the Gantt Chart it will not update the tasks starting time, even after deleting the task/works order from Orchestrate, re-importing from Factory Master and then adding the tasks/works orders back into the plan.
If the shift editing method field is set to on/off, then add a shift pattern to the resource. Please see the article: How to set up shift patterns. Also, check the resource capacity is set to the right value. If the units available needs to be higher than 1, tick allow task overlaps when you click edit from the resources menu.
