Blank window when trying to open plan or nothing loads at all or Citrix does not download

When launching Orchestrate, the application begins to load, but the plan never loads in, leaving a blank application window.

Citrix downloads and double-click the file but nothing loads up at all.


This is an local environmental issue. Please ask your IT department to try the following solutions:

  1. Reset relevant user Member permissions from Evo

  2. Clear web cookies and Temp Files from the local root directory

  3. Check the network bandwidth and firewall settings and antivirus software. They may need updating.

  4. Sign out of Evo and back in again.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Citrix Connection Centre

  6. Reimage the PC client.
