Unexpected error when TimeSpan duration is too long

Overview

When trying to load the demand planner or save the plan, you may seeing the following error message highlighted below:

An unexpected error occurred. Please report this problem to your system administrator with the following information:
​System.OverflowException: TimeSpan overflowed because the duration is too long


What are the next steps?

If the error generates when saving the plan, the functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.77 hotfix 50 and above. Please upgrade to this version or above.
