The horizontal scroll bar skips ahead on the plan and is uncontrollable.
Please complete the following steps to resolve the issue:
Select Tools
Options
Change the planning range to 6 years
Click OK
Go back to Tools
Select options
Put the planning range back to 5 years
Click OK
