Duplicate key error in affected attribute values

Overview

When trying to save the plan or run a data import you may be seeing the full error message similar to below:

​An unexpected error occurred. System.Data.SqlException: Violation of primary key constraint 'PK_#B7c6F92_12AF4940BS7EBBA7, cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.@AffectedAttribValues. The duplicate key value is (plan ID number, 3fbd7f37-4890-4a05-aa0b-177dbc3f6850, Attribute ID number).

If this is the error you are seeing, this will need to be investigated further by support.
