When trying to save the plan the following error generates:
Publishing to SFDC failed. Cannot insert duplicate key row in object sfdc.operations with unique index IX_sfdc.operations_orderID_OpStep. The duplicate key value is (number 1, number 2)
The GOODS IN resource needs removing from any views created. Please complete the following steps:
Select View (or press the black camera button adjacent to Saved Views)
Select View Manager
From the saved views drop-down list select any SFDC view
If the Goods In resource is in the Selected box, highlight Goods In
Click Remove
Click Save
Click Exit
Click the Floppy Disc button to save the plan
If the Goods In or Shipping resource (system resources) are not added to any views and your plan is still receiving this error, Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
