Can't open the plan due to the following error message:-
An unexpected error occurred. Please report this problem to your system administrator with the following information:
System.Data.SqlTypes.SqlNullValueException: Data is null. This method or property cannot be called on null values
Please log into Orchestrate from another PC. If the plan opens up fine, we know it is a local environmental issue with your PC. Ask your IT to check the PC is on the network domain.
If the same issue occurs from any PC, the Orchestrate database is missing the windows user account permissions, for your account. Please complete the steps in the following article.
