Cannot log into your account or save the plan due to the following error message:
An unexpected error occurred. Please report this problem to your system administrator with the following information: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login Failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication.
Or,
An unexpected error occurred. System.InvalidOperationException: Fill: SelectCommand.Connection property has not been initialised
Login Failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication.
This issue was resolved in Orchestrate version 7.58. Upgrade to version 7.58 or above to fix this error.
