Select Zoom All from the view menu, I see decades of time on the plan, when planners should only see 5 years; as per default planning range.
A planner right-clicks a task and selects build view for an order. Then, select the order from the order planner and tick WO view. The plan zooms out years automatically.
You may have tasks planned with a StartDate of too many years ahead. For example, the year 2099.
Please change the Start Date of these tasks to the correct date and then when you zoom out, it will only zoom to 5 years. The Task History has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.75, where it will show more information e.g. who has created and deleted the task. The zoom all functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.83. Please upgrade to this version or above.
