The task history is showing lots of completed tasks for a works order when the user didn't and changed status, but task history does not match what's shown in the previous actuals.
Works orders and tasks are being reopened on the plan from last year.
The Task History doesn't show actual information, it only shows changes made to the task as they are made to the record stored in orc_Tasks table.
The issue with Show Previous Actuals showing the task as being completed and not the Task History relates to an enhancement to prevent 'Planning new works orders generates completed tasks'. When planning an order from a process, some tasks will show as being completed, although there aren't any actuals for them. This is happening because we are having a task pool and tasks are being reused rather than destroyed.
Please upgrade to Orchestrate version 7.68 and the Task History and Show Previous Actuals will generate consistent readings of task status changes.
