Complete a task but when looking at the task history, the task was completed by a user that didn't complete the task. We verified that the user did not complete the task.
The task history is showing who saved the plan instead of who completed the task.

Solution
The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.76. There was inconsistency with the Task History tables using UTC when logged from SFDC, but local time when logged via Actuals. Please upgrade to Orchestrate version 7.76 or above.
When completing an operation in SFDC and then completing the corresponding task in Orchestrate at the same time and saving, this results in two task histories and actuals being made that complete the task. Also, creating multiple completed actuals when pressing the apply button multiple times causes inconsistent task history information. The actual functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.76 hotfix 30 and Orchestrate version 7.77, so that multiple completed actuals are not created when pressing apply multiple times. Please upgrade to either of these versions or above.
