My plugin is out of date and needs recompiling.
I select 30 works orders from the order planner, click add to plan and it takes 40 minutes to complete.
We will raise a ticket with the development team to recompile the plugin. Once they have recoompiled the plugin, we will send it to you. The new plugin is applied with the following steps:
Login to Orchestrate System Manager using the Admin user credentials.
Double-check that the correct server and database is selected in the Login screen before proceeding.
Select File
Select Plugin Manager
Uninstall any existing plugins by clicking Uninstall
Click Install and browse to the location where the new plugin is saved
Click Install
Note: We recommend keeping the old plugin somewhere safe in case it needs to be reapplied.
