Works orders missing from the order planner but shows on the works orders menu

No longer see the works orders from the order planner but they are showing in the works order header menu.


Please press F5 to refresh the plan. If this does not work, please log out and back into Orchestrate and the works orders will show again.

If this does not resolve the issue, please follow another article:

'Works orders do not appear or are completed or wiped from the plan after a data import'

where you delete the orders from the works order menu, save the plan and run the data import.
