When planning some works orders after a data import, the following message generates:
Order Code: WO-123456
The order WO-123456 has deleted tasks that have not been committed to the database. Please save the plan before trying to plan this order.
Please save the plan and try planning the works order again. If the issue continues to occur, please upgrade to Orchestrate version 7.80 or above.
If the customer is not in a postion to upgrade yet, you can fix the issue manually. please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
