Error: 'Telemetry error'

When opening the plan, the following error message generates:-

The following problem was reported when attempting to connect to database 'ORC_LIVE' on server 'SERVER1':

Telemetery error

or

Telemetry error: The INSERT permission was denied on the object TelemetryLog, Database 'ORC_LIVE', Schema: dbo

The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.79 hotfix 20. Please upgrade to this version or above.
