Error: 'Index was outside the bounds of the array'

Cannot open the plan or apply changes to default shift pattern assignment, due to the following error:-

​An unexpected error occurred. Please report this problem to your system administrator with the following information:
System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array


Solutions

  • If the error generates due to making amendments to the default shift pattern assignment or daily adjustment, please upgrade to Orchestrate version 7.77 HOTFIX 50 or above.

  • If the plan does not open due to this error message, the database copy has become corrupted. Please use the Copy Live to Play wizard, if you are using Orchestrate version 7.71 or above.

  • If you are on a lower version of Orchestrate, using the following article. to manually copy the live database and restore with a new name (e.g. play database).
