How do I prevent the error from recurring?

Please check the Fill Colour column when you edit works orders:-

  1. Select Orders

  2. Works Orders

  3. Enter relevant works order and click search

  4. Click Edit

  5. Enlarge the resulting window and tick into the colour entered from Fill Colour field.

From the Resources menu, complete the following steps:

  1. Find the relevant resource and select it.

  2. Click Edit and the colour column.

  3. Click the coloured field and select a colour from the standard spectrum.

  4. Click apply and OK.

Also, you may have too many task types and all those colours are taken.
