Some of the works orders in the ERP system are missing the task data that should be sent back from Orchestrate on completion. When looking at these works orders in Orchestrate, the archived orders exist but the archived tasks are gone. Orchestrate needs to send the data from the archived tasks, back to our ERP system, with the final logged on hours for our ERP system to close the orders out. We're missing financial data for the affected orders as a result.
The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.77 hotfix 20. Please upgrade to this version or above.
