Cannot log into my account or save the plan due to the following error message:

An unexpected error occurred. Please report this problem to your system administrator with the following information: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login Failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication.

Or

An unexpected error occurred. System.InvalidOperationException: Fill: SelectCommand.Connection property has not been initialised

Login Failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication.

The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.58. Please Upgrade to this version or above.
