I am trying to connect to the hosted remote access of the application but receive the following error message:-

βThere was a problem connecting to the remote resource. Ask your network administrator for help
To close Orchestrate on the remote server successfully, you need to send a command to the server to shut the application down. This can be done within the remote session by the user:
Press CTRL + ALT + END on the keyboard to bring up a blue screen
On this screen, click Sign Out
This will correctly end the user session in the hosted cloud environment
Open and log into the Cloud session. This will provide a fresh new instance of Orchestrate.
Close the session and please wait for about 10 minutes and try again.
If the issue is only affecting one user, please ask your IT to check the latest Windows updates and security updates have been installed. If the laptop is old, they may require a new machine.
