User noticed that multiple items are being selected on the Gantt View without using the CTRL button and user can't deselect the tasks. In addition to this, multiple tasks are being selected at once without CTRL being used.
Multiple tasks are selected and user did not choose them and they could not deselect them; even when the user clicked on different tasks.
Please check if there is a status message on the bottom left of Orchestrate: Please refresh the plan. If so, press F5 to refresh the plan and then try selecting different tasks on the Gantt Chart.
If the issue continues to occur, the Shift key is stuck in the Citrix window (out of sync with the user's computer.) Access Support have experienced similar situation with Remote Desktop sessions. When this problem occurs and you try to type anything in Orchestrate, the letters come all capitalised. This proves it isa general problem with the Shift key, rather than a specific problem with Orchestrate.
From the Citrix Workspace app icon in the notification area icon, please complete the following steps:
Select Advanced Preferences
Keyboard and Language bar
The Keyboard and Language bar dialog appears.
Select from one of the following options: sync only once, allow dynamic sync, don't sync
Click Save
