User unable to upgrade Orchestrate due to the following error message:-

If you are on premise, please ask your IT department to install the relevant  <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/migration-guide/versions-and-dependencies#net-framework-48" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">.NET Framework version</a> onto the SQL server. Orchestrate can then be upgraded to the latest version. 

 If you are hosted, support must raise a ticket with Cloud Engineering to install the .NET framework version.
