Error: 'An item with the same key has already been added'

Can't open the plan due to the following error:

An unexpected error occurred. Please report this problem to your system administrator with the following information: System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.


This functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate 7.75. Please upgrade to this version or above.

If you are not in a position to upgrade yet, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
