The Qty To Add figure in the demand planner does not correspond to the figures listed in the monthly demand. For example, for April 2022 there is a value of 1 for monthly demand but the Qty to Add figure is showing 2, when it should be displaying 1. February 2022 has a zero value.
The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.67 or above. Please upgrade. If you are not in a position to upgrade, please remove any zero values in the monthly demand and leave it empty.
If upgrading Orchestrate doesn't resolve the issue then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
