You may notice that the Production/Usage tab does not update as expected in either of the following situations. This is a known issue that has been resolved in Orchestrate version 7.74.

You may experience one or both of the following:

When amending the task quantity from Edit Tasks in a works order and selecting Yes to the update request, the Production/Usage Quantity does not update.

After planning purchase orders, the Prod/Usage tab appears empty.

The refresh functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.74.<a href="https://help-orchestrate.theaccessgroup.com/en/articles/13703604-how-to-upgrade-or-install-the-application"> Upgrading to version 7.74</a> or above will resolve this issue.

📌Note: If you are unable to upgrade at this time, follow the workaround below.

If you are not in a position to upgrade, use the following steps as a temporary workaround:

1. Delete the purchase orders.
2. Save the plan.
3. Run the data import.
