Cannot open the plan or create a secondary plan or add works orders due to the following error message:-

A 64 bit of Orchestrate will be available for the first time, as part of Orchestrate version 7.66. Please upgrade to the latest version of Orchestrate.
Select completed tasks from a previous set period of time to archive and to clear some room on the database (e..g year 2018 to 2021):-
Select edit
Select in date range
Select relevant options e.g. tasks - finish, date options - between dates
Click OK
Select planning
Archive completed tasks
If you are not in a position to upgrade yet, when you have multiple copied plans open, please use only open one plan at a time and close down the others. A workaround is to reboot the RDS or SQL server.
If the error continues to occur, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
