Unlike FactoryMaster, the Orchestrate database does not have a built-in login account (such as FMREPORTS) that can be used to connect and build custom Crystal Reports. However, Orchestrate does include a range of built-in reports that you can run directly from within the system.
Custom reports
If you require custom reports built against the Orchestrate database, this is available as a chargeable consultancy service.

Built-in reports
Orchestrate includes a number of built-in reports across different areas of the system. To run a report, follow the steps below.
📌Note: Some built-in reports had known issues in older versions of Orchestrate — for example, Actuals reports were producing empty cells for certain columns. These have been fixed in Orchestrate version 7.60 and above. Ensure you are running version 7.60 or above to benefit from these fixes.
Select Reports.
Select Reports again.
Expand Production.
Expand Analysis.
Select Actuals By Created Date.
Click Run.
