Common issues
When logging into Evo, I click the Access button but the Orchestrate app or SFDC app shows as removed or completely disappeared.
The Orchestrate app shows, but only have option for Orchestrate_Play, when I click the app. Orchestrate_Live option is missing.
What to do next
If you are seeing the issues similar to the above, please follow the steps below:
Change the organisation role to administrator and the members' role of the offending user(s).
Save the changes, log out and back into Evo.
Set the role back to User.
π€Tip: When creating an Evo user account, please make sure the first name and last name contain no accents above the letters. If there are any, please remove them; otherwise, the provisioning to the Orchestrate user account will be affected, and the Orchestrate app will not open.
