Error message when trying to log into Orchestrate:

​This application is compatible with a maximum database version of 7148, but the current version is 7151.

Please contact your administrator to obtain the correct version of the software.


The database and client PC's are on different version's of Orchestrate. If the application needs upgrading, run the relevant setup.exe file (normally stored on your server or network drive). If you do not have a copy of the installer file, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

If the database needs upgrading, ensure that the upgrade has been completed on the server first and that the user logs into Orchestrate from the server to complete the database upgrade automatically. If the error still generates, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
