Status is kitted for WO123 and production staff completed the works order within SFDC. Status still shows as kitted. Production staff has completed the order and it is in there completed list. Whilst the job has been completed, it is still listed as ‘kitting’ and planner needs to change the status from ‘kitting’ to ‘released.
The functionality has been enhanced in Orchestrate version 7.84. Please upgrade to this version or above.
If you are not in a position to upgrade yet, a workaround is to change something on the task (i.e. Task Description) while changing the Kit Status.
