Column heading filter is missing from the Agenda

Steps to resolve a missing column heading filter when using the Agenda view in Orchestrate.

Written by Arthur Ashdown

If you are unable to filter the plan using the Agenda view, there are two possible causes: the version of Orchestrate you are running does not support this functionality, or a local environmental issue is blocking it.

Check your Orchestrate version

Column heading filtering in the Agenda view was introduced in Orchestrate version 7.74. If you are running an earlier version, you will need to upgrade to version 7.74 or above to access this functionality.

🤓Tip: If you are unsure which version of Orchestrate you are running, contact your system administrator.

Check for a local environmental issue

If you are running version 7.74 or above and the issue continues, a local environmental issue may be blocking the functionality. The Agenda and work list use the following URLs, which must not be blocked in your environment:

📌Note: The right-click menu uses the same mechanism as the rest of the application. If right-clicking works elsewhere in Orchestrate, there is no reason it should be blocked here. Filtering is also handled by a URL change, so the URLs above must be accessible for filtering to work correctly.
