User can't import data due to the following error:-
Orchestrate data flow import has failed. The detailed information is as follows:
Merge Orders: Unknown Sales Order Code: U0076947
Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'CustomerOrderID', table orc_databaseName.dboorc_CustomerOrderItems. Column does not allow nulls. UPDATE fails.
Import Command:
EXEC [wf].[cust_Merge_Sales_Order_Items]
If you are receiving this error message, it will provide you with the Sales Order number that is causing the error. Please check the routing on this order within the ERP software; the data is being imported from.
For Access Supply Chain customers we have seen this error if the order has two order types associated to it; instead of one.
