I am receiving an error 'the configuration file has been changed by another program' How do I fix this?
To fix this error the user.config file needs to be copied from a colleague's profile in the same location and place it into the user profile, which can be done by following the steps below:
📌Note: The alphanumeric characters after orcPlanner.exe_url are different on your profile.
On a colleague's computer who has Orchestrate, navigate to the following location:
C:\Users\'colleagues name'\AppData\Local\Access_UK-Ltd\orcPlanner.exe_Url_2eqtbpmkwtdchgsyekuajn331dtzq1ft\7.1.0.0\user.config
Copy colleague's user.config file.
Paste this file into the equivalent location on your computer:
C:\Users\'user'\AppData\Local\Access_UK-Ltd\orcPlanner.exe_Url_2eqtbpmkwtdchgsyekuajn331dtzq1ft\7.1.0.0\user.config
