You can request custom changes to your application or database through enhancement requests. These include customisations, SQL server migrations, training, and data integration modifications.
Types of enhancement requests
You can request the following types of enhancements:
Customise the task quantity display to shrink when the grey bar increases inside the task, when Work Content from system settings is enabled.
SQL server migration with Orchestrate configuration, such as CSV import or ERP import with staging database.
Training on how to use Orchestrate modules, such as Task Planner and Downtime Booking on SFDC classic.
Customise the integration so that the pegging between purchase orders to works orders is imported from FactoryMaster.
Customise dataflow so deleted operations from FactoryMaster import into Orchestrate as obsolete.
Import additional item attributes from FactoryMaster to Orchestrate that are not part of the standard data flow.
Enhance data import to show adjusted task duration time, reflecting the partial stock completed against the task.
Create or amend Data Engine tasks or Insight reports.
